Well it looks like we missed each other again Roy.  I went to the south side and fished against that outside wash rock.  I needed one more ling when I left but that's ok.  what a nice day it was, flat calm.

I caught a 26 inch ling on the backside of that rock and then a nice sea trout.  I also caught a some decent blacks to limit out.  The biggest black was  20 inches and it broke my pole when I lifted it up out of the water.  I thought it was a ling the way it was pulling.  England Marine replaced the rod with no questions asked.

I lost a huge ling in the same area with my bigger rod.  It was huge!  I wanted to find you guys but I got anxious and went to that spot first.  After that I got lazy.  I want to go out 2morrow, but the wife needs help getting ready for a party 2morrow.

It was a very good day and I am pretty stoked about it.  I am going to order a new ugly stik because I am tired of breaking rods.  That big rod I have wears you out after a while and it is hard to set the hook.  I must have missed twice as many as I caught with that heavy thing.

I am anxious to hear how you guys came out.

Hey RevoRoy - good to see you had some fun.  Nice ling!  Don't forget to try that 4oz diamond jig.  It worked for me.  Good Luck -

I ambled out to Baltimore rock with Wayne and Dale. Did pretty good, after we finally found the hump,no upgrades. 2 lings 27 and 26 inches, two Cabbies, 21 and 18 inches and a couple decent blacks. want to get back out there soon and hunt around for the lingzilla.
See ya on the water..

RevoRoy - got the biggest hooks that mold will take (7/0) and plan on making up some more jig heads.  Been looking for the big sandworm but can't find it, even from Berkly, Barlow or Netcraft.  Any suggestion on sources would be appreciated.  Keep up the good work -

no, by the time i got back from fishing it was real low tide and washing in  there, not worth getting in trouble for a crab pot

OK RevoRoy - Hope you got a couple packs of those stashed away.  Good to hear you got out today, even if the bite was off.  Good Luck -
