The way I read it, it covers boats being near the LPV, not the dock.  So if he waits till the LPV moves out, whips in there, bags a few fish and gets back out before the LPV returns, he should be legal.  :-\



While you may technically be correct (I'm not too sure though), I would bet LEO would differ on that opinion and your fishing fun and time would likely be greatly reduced. Is it worth the hassle?

It's not a problem that am currently contending with, so technically it wouldn't be a hassle for me. 
I'm merely trying to help Yessnoo get the answer he needs, or fish he is trying to get at.
Even if he gets some jail time, at least we'll know, huh?  ;D 

Yessnoo, we'll set up a bail bond thread here to get you back out of the slammer in short order.  However, the yak return and fishing gear will not be included with the bail bond collection.   ;D
