Just a FYI I'm going to be putting on an "Introduction To Kayak Fishing" seminar at the REI flagship store in Seattle on June 11th at 7PM. The seminar is a one hour presentation that's great for those interested in starting kayak fishing or just those that want to brush up on a few basics. We'll cover basic theories, gear selection, safety, and local fisheries in the NorthWest. There will be a short Q&A afterward. Location: http://www.rei.com/stores/11

I'll post a link when it's up on REI's site.
Hope to see you all there.

Thanks Zee.  I plan on attending.  I'm sure I have a lot to learn still and at least I'll finally get to meet another member.

Are you bringing any rigged 'yaks?

Just wanted to thank everyone who came out to the seminar last night. It's always great to see so many people interested in giving kayak fishing a try. If attendees have any questions please feel free to search through the site (search function in menu bar) and if you can't find the answer you're looking for feel free to post.

Thanks again Yar, good to meet new members flytyer and Em7b5 too.
Let's go fish!
