Hook Up July 22 thru 31

I am traveling to the Sunset bay area and will be staying there from July 22 thru 31. Would like to know if I could hook up with anyone fishing during that time. I don't have GPS or marine radio so the only way that it is probably safe to go out fishing is if I am in close proximity to someone who either has those items or fishes that area regularly. I fish rivers and lakes very often but live quite a ways from the coast so when I go to the coast I usually try to find somebody that knows the area.

If the conditions are good, I will come down and fish with you. I am sure the Roy's would also be glad to show you around. I was down there on Monday, but only managed to get a 15" black, and a 15" greenling. I also CnR'd  two underlings. The fishing was slow there all week. Hopefully it will pick up by the time you arrive.
