Might be old news to some but I recently stumbled upon the Nehalem River/Bay Water Trail Guide.  Produced by the Tillamook Estuaries Partnership which looks to be a great effort/cause.  See "download" link at below URL:

Yep, I ordered the glossy one from the webmaster, and it's great.  They also have a prototype for Tillamook Bay.  It was in development when I last checked, but was informative, especially for those of you launching at Memaloose and heading upriver or into the slough.
