This makes me think that we should perhaps move this to shorebreak where it can't be viewed by the general public.  And The Man.  Just sayin'......
Am I being paranoid if they really are out to get me? Thanks for the definitions Allen. I'll be using them in court to help prove my case. To share further info on the incident, It's probly better for me if we move the wildlife disturbance topic to shorebreak. Sorry for the hijack. I'll start a new thread.

Shhhhh, PNW, I can't hear the rotor blades of the black helicopters over your typing.  My tin foil hat is messing with my wifi connection, though.  Carry on.

Nah, I suggested it cuz, I, too, am paranoid about the everyman reading the internets.  Just wanted to be safe.

We'll see what happens! Lots of fishermen witnessed the whole affair, and I got lots of interesting comments on it. Even today, folks were asking me if I had any more seal problems. More than one said they would have liked to have had a video of the ride to share with friends. It's a small town, and if any authorities have a problem with it, they will know where to find me! I really don't think there's going to be a problem. After all, the seal ended up getting a nice Coho for his efforts!
Fishing is much more than fish.  It is the great occasion when we may return to the fine simplicity of our forefathers.  ~Herbert Hoover
