OK.  I moved this thread to the new Product Discussions Board.  I split off the posts on the NRS Chinook.  Then I added an listing in the PFD's article back to that thread.  That's not all.  Look up at the top at the "Product Listings" block.  This will be never ending work in progress, a list of links to the various product category listings.  Check it out and let me know what you think and what product categories you'd like to see next, once I get more into the PFD's article.

What do you think I'm doing right now?   ::)  I spent the better part of the day doing spring cleaning on the yard.   :-[  Now I'm just laying here with the laptop open.   I'd rather be fishing.

Bout time...but I finally got my new PFD. ( got to REI in Portland)
I chose the Astral LDB,,, it fit right and has a very good range of motion at the arm. A high bachk for the Yak seat and two fat zip pockets on front for my VHF and GPS.
 Will give a lil more info after paddling with it.
