This looks very doable in the yak. Going outs not bad, but coming in could be a bit challenging. I'm going to give Brian a call (a long boarder who wants to give kayak fishing a shot) and see if he wants to go out next weekend.  Anybody game?

It looks like as long as you take a good look at where to launch and time it well it'd be doable. And of course the swell has to be small.. ;D I grew up surfing in NorCal so I think I could thread my way through the surf. Where is Pacific City anyway? Aaah just spotted it on Google maps..

Next weekend?... Will have to see how the WAF is doing but looks like a good time and the fishing looks to be on fire!

Pacific City has one of the easiest surf launches on the coast. Don't forget about the apres brew at the Pelican Pub, on your left as pull in to the lot! ;D
