Anyone still open to splitting a campsite or carpooling from Seattle/vicinity?  I'm planning on heading down either Thursday or Friday and returning Sunday (departing mid-morning).  I have enough room for 1 additional kayak on my rack and your gear.

Ok, noted.  How is the river fishing at the campground?

Nice for steelhead, salmon run is iffy

About 19 days till some long range forecasts. Here's hoping for good conditions.

It's gonna be huge swell..!!

Trying reverse psychology, last year we hoped and hoped for flat conditions and it didn't work.
See ya on the water..

Great idea but DW and I will be taking her car.  Hopefully someone else will take advantage of this.

Saw Zee's article in NW Sportsman magazine...I'm in for Depoe Bay!  I got my camp spot but can't seem to get registered for the event itself.  When I choose "Washington" and click the paypal button in the first post of this thread I get "Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again. " (even when I do that).  Any ideas?

Looking forward to meeting everybody!

I can make up for you... ;)

but, in other news, my family in Alaska says things have gotten nice up there in the last few days.  Hopefully that trend continues, since most of our weather comes from up there... at least the nasties do...

While looking for a room in Depoe I came across the web cam on the bridge.  Wow, I would only hope for that on Sat!  Just saw the 9:04pm view.  Sweeet cam!

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.  --Mark Twain
