Hey All,
I'll be at a conference at Salishan this Friday and Saturday. I will be staying in Lincoln City and will be staying Saturday night so I can fish the coast on Sunday. I'm hoping to hit the saltwater at Cape Kiwanda or Depoe Bay if conditions allow for it. If not, rivers and bays from the Siltez north are fair game. I'll load the car with saltwater, salmon and freshwater gear...whatever it takes.

Anyone interested in joining me? I've not fished out of Depoe Bay so I won't go alone for the first time. Let's hope the weather and surf play fair this weekend.

Jay,

I hope the ocean calms down for the weekend, because today it was horrible! Either way, have a great time at Salishan!

Conditions here seem to be laying down and usually I'd jump all over this but the same head cold I had on the last DB trip has reared it's ugly head once again.  That and I have a river clean-up tomorrow and teach Outdoor School to 6th graders all next week.

But, we'll see how I feel Sunday am.

If things turn for the better and you would like to head out, just give me a call...

Hey Greg.

If the swells look better than the forecast Sunday AM, post a note here. I might come over.

Right now, 12/12 swell/period sounds exciting, but not particularly enticing. :o

I'll be checking out Cape Kiwanda early and then heading to T-bay if it is too ugly.
