Can't make it tomorrow, but check out the map on Google... Sharp Cove specifically.  It look like the boat was either moving or it sank during the three shots.

It also might have been that there were three different shots taken at different resolutions. I dunno.

When you zoom out enough you can see that three different shots overlap with different resolution levels.  The fuzzy one that makes the boat look submerged must've had a cloud pass by or that guy really likes to moor there and happened to be there on two different passes by the satellite.
