After the tourny ended we measured the fish and took pics of the catch.

The potluck was most excellent! We had a fish fry and a crab boil, even had some grilled mussels to go along with all the side dish's.

After the Potluck we started a fire and had the awards ceremmony and raffle. We raised 115 bucks for Mooch!, which was really cool for the small group we had.

I want to thank the sponsors for their generous contributions:
The Tackle Shack
Basin Tackle
Englund Marine in Charleston
Bites On
Sunset Sports

So, heres the winners and there catch and what they won:

1st place and about 135 bucks went to Dana(yaksurf) with a 18.25 inch Black and a 14.50 inch Greenling for a total of 287.25 points

2nd place and a prize package from The Tackle Shack went to Paul(PNW) with a 24.50 inch Lingcod and a 19.25 inch Black for a total of 232.75 points.

3rd place and ugly stik rod and sabato reel combo from Basin Tackle went to Greg(midelifecrisis) with a 18.50 inch Black for a total of 129.50 points.

4th place and the dry bag and fish gripper from Sunset Sports went to Craig(INSAYN) with a 17.25 inch Black for a total of 120.75 points. *Craig was in first place for a while*  :o

5th place and a rod/reel combo from Englund Marine went to Zac(southcoastpaddler) with a 17 inch Black for a total of 119 points.

*pic to come, dave took this one while i was gone.

6th place and a rod/reel combo from Englund Marine went to Dave(goldendog) with a 16.75 inch Black for a total of 117.25 points.

7th place and jighead/plastics assortment from Bites On went to Jesse(Merlin) with a 15 inch Black for a total of 105 points.

*pic to come*

8th place and he got his entry fee back went to RoyG(revoroy) with a 24.75 inch Lingcod fort a total of 98 points.

9th went to Justin(COASTALPRIDE) who didn't have much luck and registered the only skunk. You'll get 'em next time bud!

The potluck...

Dude!  You have NOOOO idea how awesome this launch really is!  It's actually better than launching at Hagg lake.  Just drag the boat into the water, and gently glide your way out into the washing machine.

Here are some more pics of the after party.  8)

My entry for the 4th place win.  :-\
At least it'll be a upgrade for my NWKA AOTY points.

Dav the Poser!

Dave pointing at CBY's yak.

My mess.  I was actually surprised that the park managers/rangers never gave me any grief for parking my trailer on the grass.   8)

Camp fire time.

Party area.

My loot after winning 4th and a few raffle goodies.

And what this place is famous for....the sunset.

man that one huge mussel sure hogs the real estate on the grill, whoever consumed that bad boy I'm guessing didn't have much room left for fish ;)

Looks like a great time, if it happens again next year I want in
