I'd be down with this as well. I have the basic Hobie plug in cart, but fat wheels are starting to sound better and better.

Sign me up.  I've been shopping for a good deal on one of these and this is the best I've found.  With this I won't be limited to easy entry locations like Depoe Bay.

I am actually in the market now for the "kayak beach cart" with the big fatty 11.8" x 7" tires, myself.
I mostly use my Granny walker cart for hard pack areas, but I have found a definite need for bigger floaty tires for the sand terrain.  My Harbor Freight 10" x 3" tires work okay in tandem on the hard sand, but no bueno on the soft stuff (as I expected).

So, if this is a possible option soon I'll wait and go with the group buy.

Went ahead and pulled the trigger.
I ended up breaking one of the upright supports on my stock OK seat, resulting in zero back support on one side.
Bonus check from work showed up in my account this week, so I went ahead and ordered a new seat (Surf to Summit GTS Airwave),
and the Wheeleez beach cart at the same time.

Note: If this "group buy" doesn't come together, and you still are looking for a reasonable price on the Wheeleez beach cart, be sure to check kayakfishingsupplies.com for your cart.  It was the best price I could find and VERY reasonable shipping too!

Before anyone gets too excited this post was quite old (Oct. 2007). Wheeleez did a do a few group buys back then and went OK for NorCalKayakAnglers. We didn't get enough interest so didn't get the buy.
