i finally got my new T13 on the water today. pickup three black rockfish lost two released one undersized ling and had one monster take down that lasted a couple minutes before she spit the hook. i was on the water about four hours, so fishin wasnt hot by any means. had a great time, love my new boat, (thanks again jammer) got to meet ling banger. he paddled out and  we fished together for a couple hours. the fog was pretty thick so we stayed close to the first can. let me know how you did. definetly going to try again next weekend.

After you left K.Jr I thought I would head N. and work in front of the time shares, as the fog was lifting a little. Wind picked up and slowed me down some. Then the curtain flat out dropped. I got back to the bell, put the whistle behind me and paddled for the hole. I bumped into the "whale lady"  who had just come out of the hole. I asked her "Hawaii is this way, right?" She laughed and nicely offered to have me follow her zodiac back in. I declined as I knew I was getting fairly close. It was so thick I passed the concrete breakwater and still couldn't make out the bridge structure except for the fog light on top, and that was pretty damn dim. Got back to the house to clean the three blacks (15 minutes later) and the fog disappeared off the central coast entirely. Made me want to go right back out again. It was fun fishing w/you man, we'll have to try it again when we can see where the hell we're going.  8)  <----blind dude
