Not kayak fishing per se, but still a nice piece of cinema.

The Kayak Fishing Video by Dennis Spike. It is a good basic video on kayak fishing as far as kayak setup and fishing techniques. He also catches a 30 lb darado that takes him for a ride at the end.

I enjoyed "Kayak Fishing"  (the ultimate guide).
thought they did a great job of covering the basics and actually had some focus on the paddling.
a Heliconia Press product.

I also found some inspiration in Captain Ken Daubert's
"Kayak Fishing for Bass" and "Kayak Fishing for Tarpon"
I think he did a great job with the stern mounted camera allowing us to
"hop on the back of his kayak". He has a flare for the dramatic but there is a ton of fishing porn. These are good to mute then play music for background.

Im not recommending, but if you enjoy the bizarre, you might check out Bluewater Jon and the Giant Tuna.
