I recently bought two Hobie Pro Anglers (one for the girlfriend) and have been hauling them around in the back of my longbed pickup.  It requires me inverting them and stacking one on top of one another.   I managed to find a nice Scotty mount that allows my downrigger to be screw on to the side so it's easily removable.  I have a Humminbird Fish Finder to install and a Ram Rod fishing rod holder on each.  I'd like the ability to remove them both during transport when hauling two.  Anyone had any luck with stainless butterflies on screws?  I'd like to mount on the black cutting board surface that's meant for mounting.  Suggestions?

I love my set up being so easy to set up and take down and it is clean when I remove the FF. I also have a few extra buttons I used in my install if you are interested I can mail them to you.

Being that you've got a Hobie there's a great mount made by RAM. I've been using it for a few years now and it's been really great.

Wiring goes under the front hatch so it's a two piece setup.

Finally the trans goes into a puck of foam that's gooped to the yak. Fill the little divot w/ water, sqwish the trans in until water gurgles out and you're fishing.
