I'll also volunteer to shoot the video. If you're interested we could make a few for different types of fish. I know there is a demand for how to fillet cabbies, sturgeon, and salmon to name a few.

I've cut at it twice. 13th my first year and 6th the next. You need to be able to fillet in less than 20 seconds to get close to winning. I'm not that fast. The best I could muster when cutting a lot was about 45 seconds.
