Yes, but that is why he doesn't need a rudder.

 hey fungunnin my apologies for jackin your thread. i will admit my intention was raise the question rudder or not to rudder? at that time my mind was made up, i didn't think i needed one but after some spirited dabates i might have to reevaluate my position. good luck with your install.
