MAs 1, 2, 3 and 4

Marine Areas 1, 2, and 3 will open early this year on March 12.

Also, daily limit is changed from 15 aggregate to 12 for areas 1, 2, 3, and 4 (west of the line)  with sub limits of 10 rocks, 2 lings, and 2 cabbies. 

1, 2, and 3 have minimum size 22 inches for lings
4 has a minimum size of 24 inches for ling
