Found my rivet tool kit and plan to bring it if anyone wants to do some work on their yak. I do have some 5/32" rivets, not the good kind that bends out into 3 prongs, so, bring your own if ya have a need, also I have aluminum backing rivets.

I'll have electricity at my trailer so if anyone needs to charge a drill or anything just ask..
See ya on the water..

Here's another take on what to do with fish, hot oil and some batter.

Huge build your own fish taco bar extravaganza!
You can put me down for some:
-Corn tortilla's
-Taco sauces (2 bottles, hot & mild)
-Limes
-Diced red onions
-Black beans
-Some kind of hot peppers

Spot - Please add two bags of aluminum dune colored rivets (50 Count per bag) to the Donated Schwag

I have more of these for sale @ 5$ or trade.  PM me if anyone is interested.

Silly but important questions regarding the weigh in table.

Who is bringing the official weight scale for this event?

What time do the girls need to show up and start manning the table?

Do we have a preference on where the weigh in table is located?
-At the launch? (possibly not kosher with other boaters)
-Up by the park behind the restrooms/cleaning shack.
-Other?

Good question... last year we kinda lucked out by having the ODFW girl doing creel checks.  Didn't Brain have a weigh station setup in the lot by his rig last year?  If memory serves correctly, there is a spot in the front corner of the launch parking lot (right side if facing water) that may work for a small "station" that is out of the way of launch traffic.

The harbormaster is doing some repair work on the docks and there is a space in front of one of the shorter sections sitting in the p-lot. Not big enough for a car or truck, but could probably accommodate a canopy and a few chairs.

You just don't want to set up shop down wind from the carcass dumpster. That thing is pretty ripe!
Top of the ramp is probably not good either, exhaust fumes.

Anybody who's planning on shooting pics on the water with a non-standard SD card please try to remember a data cable or card reader.  We'd like to D/L everyone's pics for a slideshow during the potluck.

Thanks!

How many people are actually camping?  Anyone else camping at CB on Thursday?   I notice the vast majority of participants are Oregonians.

We'll be there on Thursday and camping and CB. Hope to get there by noon, then fish for a couple of hours and hit it again in the morning on Friday.
