There is a lot to be said for good customer service.

I once had a pair of climbing shoes sit in my garage for 2 years unused.  Recently I was able to get back into climbing, but the shoes didn't fit anymore.

I returned them to REI for a full refund and got a pair that fit.

You can't be their customer service.

Yeah Insayn, you forgot to factor in the REI magic 20% off coupon and it knocks it down to $192. So they're in the ballpark.

REI has good C.S. too, should anything not perform as expected. Although, the bugs were probably worked out long ago.

I'm just saying $33 bucks (after discounts) is a pretty significant price jump.

Maybe it's due to a design change. The tires aren't PVC anymore, they are some other type of plastic. They include a little sack of shavings to weld leaks. I'm not sure when they switched over.

I have that cart already and it is a solid unit. I got it for $175 back in 2009.  The wheels are not going to pop when rolled over a sunflower seed like the PVC ones probably would.
Also, I tossed those prices up there for those that are not REI members in the event they were shopping for one as well.  Looks like Sargeslaughter is unloading his for a very reasonable price as well.

BTW - I keep hearing about the 20% off one item from REI but never got the notice myself from them, so I wasn't quite sure it was for anything or just the sale items.

Any one regular price item. Not sale items. You know it's a sale item if it ends in .93 centavos.

Maybe you need to update your address in their database to get your coupons and dividends.

Man I would hope that my address is right, I just became a member last year and haven't moved in 16 years.

Tempted to get a second Wheeleez kart for my PA.  I could have a set in both front and rear scuppers and just pull it along rather than trying to lift either end and wheel it....hmmm......

I think with the ProAngler you might be better off with one of these..

  >:D hey just what I Hop needs for the T I he has. :icon_clown:

Just bought one last night from REI. With my dividend, $20 coupon and free shipping, it ran about
$122.00. Hope the new tires hold up.
