I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all of the Sponsors (including members) who stepped up to show their support for our crazy little community.  Most of us left with more than our entry fees in swag and prizes.

I'd personally like to thank:
Werner Paddles  Excellent Paddles!

Scotty Paddle Sports  You guys always treat us well and we appreciate you!  My yaks are like floating Scotty advertisements
Hobie Fishing Thanks for another round of great products and support guys!
Next Adventure  We love having you in our neighborhood!
Yak Attack Those visipoles are friggin awesome!
Big Hammer I know your swim baits put fish in my boat!
Kayak Angler Magazine  Thanks for the coverage of our little corner of the kayak fishing world.
KoneZone  Awesome product!  Been loving dragging hoochies and bait around behind my UV flasher!
Slayride The coolest yak fishing brand on the market.  We look forward to even more products!
Kalin's  Even the rockfish say "Great Grub!"
Ninkasi  I don't usually drink beer but the Total Domination kept me coming back!
Kiwanda jr  I still can't believe the huge assortment of jig heads you donated!

I'd also like to say Thank You to:
Chinook Bend  Thanks for being so flexible and making us feel at home!

I'll pile on.  The Kokatat PFD is a huge upgrade to the junk I was wearing.  And the Ninkasi is the reason I stayed Saturday night.  Hobie rocks.  Thanks to all the sponsors.

So humbled that so many awesome companies want to be part of the PNW putting their money where their mouth is. A big thanks for supporting NWKA and helping our family grow with great events like this.

A big thanks to you too Mark. Your organizing this year was second to none. And what Mark said about Allen, you got some sponsor product getting' skillz. Good to see you in the PNW again.

I would like to thank all the sponsors, too.  I had a blast and I can definitely see more Ninkasi in my future.  Those big hammers are awesome.  The ones I used but didn't loose are full of ling tooth marks.

Thanks a lot,

Craig

Mark, thanks for organizing such a great tournament.  The prizes, food, beer and camaraderie were awesome.  I am very glad to part of the NWKA community.

I would love to thank the good folks at Big Hammer!  I landed my biggest fish of the day using them, and saw color on many others.  My days of grubs are only mere memories now.

A great thank you as well to our gracious hosts at Chinook Bend and our sponsors and organizers who make it the event that it is.  Even if you don't take home the big prizes, they are what truly make the difference between a bunch of fishermen and a premier event that I look forward to from the moment I pack up my stuff and start driving home.

Lastly, thanks to the members... if I didn't enjoy the company so much, all of the swag in the world wouldn't make me look forward to driving to Oregon each year to camp and fish for a few days regardless of the weather.

I love our sponsors.  I pretty much only sign up product that I myself use or one of the other admins use.  So we try not to provide you junk!   BTW, if you have any suggestions on who you'd like to see added to our sponsor list, let me know.  I'd be happy to pitch them.

Glad you all like the Big Hammers.  They are a favorite of mine and since I didn't see a lot of you guys using swimbaits, I thought I'd spread some tail love.  I caught a 7# cabbie and a mess of blacks on them and I was in before 10!  It turns out that Big Hammer doesn't have any retailers in the NW.  They recommended you buy though the following if you are intersted in getting more ... http://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Big_Hammer_Swimbait_Tails/descpage-BHSBT.html

Also, it wouldn't hurt to recommend your favorite tackle shop to carry some.  Maybe if enough of you ask, they'll pick the line up.

Guys, if you won a prize, would love to see you write up a review of it after you have some time using it.  We'll add it to the articles like you see on the front page.  Thanks.

-Allen

I almost forgot to say Thank You to INSAYN and Mrs. INSAYN.

Craig did an awesome job on both organizing and cooking for the Fish Taco Bar and his wife (sorry, I suck at names) played diligent den mother to all the spent souls checking in their fish.

You guys really helped make it special this year.

I really love my Hook1 t-shirt I scored. Karen was always really great to us, I hope both NWKA and NCKA can continue to have the great relationship we've always had with the new ownership.

Much gratitude to all the sponsors, organizers and volunteers in putting together the great event it was. I'm already excited for ORC 2012!

I got a note from Ralph at Chinook Bend today I thought I'd share with y'all.

Thanks Mark:
We enjoyed having your group again this year. The fish was excellent!
They were all respectful of the property and left the place in good order. We appreciate that and hope to have you here again in 2012.
