I had a rudder cable (rope) severe on my Hobie Outback for no reason that I could understand. I called Next Adventure Paddle and told them what had happened. I have only had my Outback for several months so was concerned and wasn't sure how to get it fixed. They invited me into the shop when Ndog (Nate) was on the floor and he greeted me with the new parts and helped me take the boat off my car and into the showroom. There we worked together on the boat for about 30 minutes until I had he had it fixed like new. I was a delighted customer. Just one more reason why Next Adventure is where I will go again for my next kayak! Thanks Ndog!!

Aw, shucks.  Thanks guys.
We are doing our best to support the kayak fishing community here in the Portland area.   As a heads up we will soon have a new captain at the helm and he really likes kayak fishing.  Don't be surprised if you see some more kayak fishing specific events. That is in addition to Rawfishes seminars on Aug 22 and the bass Tournament on Sept 17th.

Next Adventure is really making a splash in the industry.  Everyone at Outdoor Retailer knew how awesome Next Adventure has been on the paddling and kayak fishing segments.

They are indeed the gold standard in customer service---I bought a Hobie Adventure and my daughter bought a Revo back around december, they were very generous with pricing---10% off on all accessories, including wheels, life vest, etc etc.  NA is tops!!

Next Adventure came through for me also.  They really came through for me on a factory problem on an Outback purchased for a friend's Birthday.  Not only did they fix the problem. They offered to come to my house and make it right. Now that is Customer Service!

Kudos,

Stevehawk

Greetings from the State of Jefferson.
That is the kind of customer service that makes me want to buy my next kayak there!!! Even I have to drive 300 miles to do so.

P.S. I've been a looker and reader but not a poster or about two months since I discovered this great site. Thanks to all that are sharing their kayak fishing adventures.

Finally caught an episode of Outdoor GPS last night .

Guess it's mostly an ORE. biased show, but what really caught my attention was all the great ads for Next Adventure. Way to get it out there and show the region what you have to offer.

BTW, who's the lanky guy with the beard in most of them? Kinda looks like a certan yak fisher we have here. ???

When is the new location going to open for business? Knowing D&B can't be much longer.
