Got the 7w panel for Christmas and have charged my phone off of it on sunny days.  I didn't even have to wait until July.

Lee, what is the size of your phone battery, and how long does it take to charge it with your solar unit?

It took about 5 hours on a partially sunny day through the window.  Size is  1540 mAh.    The package says it should take 1-2 hours on a sunny day, and I'm betting on a summertime day in direct sunlight, it will do that no problem.

$110 at REI and came with a speaker for my mp3 player... because they were out of the one with the AA battery charger when she bought it.

What do you want to know?

I would be happy to donate a new  2.3, 4 or 7AH 12 volt batter if you want to experiment with charging batteries for fish finders.    I am very interested in the idea and would love to know the results.
I used to think that Bigfoot might exist. Then I saw the reality shows where they are looking for them.  Now I am certain they don't

Really cool. I have been looking at a bunch of those myself for multiple day camping trips. I'm worried about saltwater and how fragile it is. Anyone else have any luck or heartbreak with that model or others???

I have 5 and 7 AH batteries I'll be testing it on this spring/summer.

I definitely wouldn't expose it to saltwater.  Stored inside a drybag inside your hull would be fine though.
