Anyone up for joining me on the Alsea (Waldport) for some crabbing & fishing this weekend? I'll be staying at Beachside State Park (Site 77).

Nice haul.

The dungies were delish! Unfortunately the weather turned and rained pretty good on us Saturday morning when the tide was right for crabbing. When we got on the water just after daylight, there were already 3 other boats with pots set in my favorite spot!  :angry4: Had to move to another spot  but still got 2 limits (24 crabs) in 3 hours of crabbing. After that some hot food out of the rain sounded pretty good and didnt drop a single fishing line in the water. Maybe next time...
