The crabbing business has me intrigued.

Make sure the chubby girls at Hagg know about this before you get them 'hooked' on crabs too.

Awww, were you waiting for a reply, little buddy?  Sorry, things are a little busy.  But, you're right, chubby girls and all associated admissions of guilt need to stay safely guarded behind the sealed doors of the Bucket.

Just what I was looking for.  I don't have a yak yet but I need the knowledge.  I'll just sit in the newb section.

I do have one, but trust me Tenacious, myself and others will be right there with you, asking the same questions. That's what it all about Bro.

Not that we (NWKA Forum) wasn't already aware of the Westside clinic, but I was over at the ifish site, checking their Classifieds and this caught my attention.

I got all excited and thought there was another Clinic. Ohwell, same one, but still planning on being there.

Hoggemin is a sponsor at ifish so they let him post up a notice about the clinic.  There hasn't been much chatter about it over there but hopefully it'll draw in some of the curious folks.

Tenacious, there aint no newbie section and I encourage people to ask questions as they come up.  I know that I learn much better from a dialogue than listening to a monologue.  In fact, if any of you ocean experienced Hobie members feel like fielding questions about surf launches/landings, effective range and gear storage on a Hobie feel free to attend and help out.

Happy Thanksgiving!

This seminar is a one of a kind in the NW. For those that don't know, Mark aka Spot, is a 2 time NWKA AOTY champ and a consistent all around fish slayer whether sweet or salt water. If you have any way of squeezing this in your schedule, make it happen. Listen well it will equal more fish, and other sea creatures, in the yak.

If you can set up a clinic either in Seattle, or on a Friday night or Saturday/Sunday I could make it.  Getting all the way down to Portland on a worknight for a clinic like that just isn't possible though.

I plan to attend.
I will bring my weighted and bouyed Crab Hawks give folks another option on how to set them up for kayak use.

I also have some 6oz. flat weights used to get the Crabhawk down faster. Just ziptie them in, $2 each.

Will there be room to park my trailer with the Tandem Island on it safely during the seminar?

Anyone else planning to crab with us at Netarts on 12/1?

Parking may be a tad limited with a trailer, but be sure to have everything in sight locked down, this is Hillsboro.
