Hey Jeff, congrats

Can't seem to beat those POOA fish

I fished 13 out of the last 14 days trying to get a steelhead. Lost the tourny about a week ago when i fought and lost my first Oregon Steelhead!! heartbreaking since i haven't had a nibble since. Did catch my death of cold though....

fished over 150 days this year and still second!!

now i'm pissed.... ;)

Congrats to to the new top tenners too, good work!

See ya on the water..
Roy

Roy,  Nice work!  Sounds like you put forth the effort.  Dang 150 days?  I'm not sure that I could put in that many days.   Hope the cold goes away if it hasn't allready.

Congrats Jeff.   The hard work paid off and dang you went out with a bang!   ;D

Congrats to both Jeff and Roy, you guys had some monster fish this year.  Team Hobie rocked it too, taking the top 3 and 4 out of the top 5.
I did my best to move up the standings since Jeff landed the trout.  I put  4 days in last week, got skunked on 3 of them and managed a few small sunfish and bass on the other.

Awesome job Rawky!  I love the come from behind explosion.  Way to keep at it till the last.
It's a truely humbling and character building experience to push yourself thur day after day of Hail-Mary fishing.

Hope the wife remembered who you were by the end of it.  ;D

I think I may have overlooked what this thread was really for ::)
I just spent 1/2 hour looking at the many fish the AOTY participants caught and was VERY impressed to say the least.
Great job all!!!!!
May 2012 bring you even bigger fish!
