I predict in February Pelagic Paddler will pass you with an early spring nookie, and that's all she wrote.   >:D

Some of us might try for springers in the lower valley if the Willy allows. you of course, are always welcome. I predict you'll win - although, I already got one a yer bonkers (vine maple). there's no doubt lady luck could smile on PP if he put his mind to it. ;D

Might have to do that. What area is that? closer to eugene?

I'm gonna try the Umpqua this year more so then the Roque for Springers. But i'm sure ill make the trek to the Roque for my yearly skunking at least once...

I'll give you a bonker if i win...

How about this: CBY ratakes first on Christmas Eve from craig and holds it to the end.   >:D

Forgive my ignorance here.  Newbie question - So CBY, do you make bonkers that are for sale?  I need one.  What do they cost, including shipping from Coos Bay to Sedro Woolley?

i'd like to try a float not far upriver from springfield: dexter to jasper, but there are some good holes in town, not too far from my house. one of 'em is the sewer hole, where eugene (like most of the other cities along the river) dumps their treated crap into the river. to be fair, that is slowly changing: http://www.mwmcpartners.org/biocyclefarm.html
imo: this needs to be an important component in the future of wastewater treatment to mitigate nutrient overloading & other significant pollution problems offshore (dead zones): portlandia take note. apology for the jack

After fishing with Craig in 2011, I think he has a chance. My best guess is he takes the lead with a lake trout on Dec 30.
