Obviously a nice salmon or tuna makes good sushi, but I'm wondering if any of the white fish can be safely consumed raw?  Rockfish aren't exactly bottom fish, would they be safe to eat nigiri style?
My wife always makes me slice up a rockfish fresh for our sashimi. Every once in a while you find a worm or 2 I just cut around it. I haven't tried the Lings. We like the firmer raw texture of da RFs

A good soak in shoyu and wasabi ought to take care of those pesky worms. 🐛
