Well such a pretty day out today I thought Id wet a line. Glad I did! This is the biggest char I have ever caught. It was 26 inches. Not real heavy though but was healthy. Didn't put up much of a fight. I caught it in about 5 feet of water. He bit the lure and 5 seconds later I had his head coming up the hole. He woke up once he was in the hole though! But he was pointed up and that made my job a whole lot easier. Just another reminder that there are some nice fish in our lakes too and that maybe I should plan on spending a lot of time in them with the Yak'
