OR & WA Tagging Question

A quick question for you legal eagles:

If I have a Washington AND an Oregon Salmon tag, can I (assuming I am a Fishing God) legally fill both tags on the same trip if I launch from either the Oregon or Washington side to fish the Columbia?

^ did that last year. Also fished eagle creek (Bonneville) in the morning then crossed over to White Salmon (Lyle,WA) in the afternoon. Stocked the freezer up for the winter after a couple consecutive days of that last fall.
