Last year's Fish Taco potluck was incredible!  Anyone have suggestions for how we can top that in 2012?  Who's brining what?

I think I'm gonna bring my canopy, so we don't have to setup in that tiny porch area if it's raining.  12x12

Also, some additional deep fryers would be great, so the cooking can get done faster, and cooks can get to eating and not be stuck cooking 75% of the time.

Maybe a large prep table or two as well?

If there's a fish taco potluck, Yakchik & I can bring corn tortillas, Mrs. Dash spices and a bottle of No Salt for the heart healthy senior citizens.

Man, those ribs were indeed very tasty! The smoke coming upstairs was a bit intense though! I will bring a batch of clam chowder again, along with spoons and cups.

Will we have power?  I have a small deepfryer I'll bring and could bring my smoker and a couple of Briskets if there is power.  I'll bring my little mr. buddy heater too.

This time I'm hiding a big ole bowl before festivities start.  You make THE VERY BEST chowder I've ever tasted Dave!

Mmmmmm!

I think we need a lottery system for G-dogs chowder. The last two years all I got to see was the bottom of the pot, and a bunch of people standing around all nodding their heads saying "yup best chowder ever."

I've been trying to figure out what to bring for the past month, Kracken cake did not do well. So I was thinking more portable and easy to eat would be better. Please put me down for Ultimate Chocolate Cupcakes. Chocolate cupcake with chocolate ganache inside topped with chocolate Italian butter cream.

From a previous comment, sounds as if the fry cook misses a lot of the good eats due to time consuming cooking for everyone. Is this really the case? or do I have folks feeding me as I'm frying away (cooking)?

Looks like there will be several Gluten Free folks at the ORC. Will we be able to accomodate them so they can enjoy eating with the masses?

FTR, I am not glutarded.  My wife and kids are.  But they can't come :'(.  Snow days extended the kids' school year until June 15th.  One less snow day and they'd have been able to come.
