I'll be staying on the east side of Harstine island next weekend.  Don't know if I'll pop for the liscence, but might show my cuz some ropes. 
Any advice gladly accepted.  I know where the reefs are off of Oregon..   any source to rent a shrimp pot?  I would have to find 200' water?!
