Never to late to support the site.
Maybe you could write it off too. After all it is the cure for an addiction.

Never too late.  One trip to the salt should net you 600 points easily.  I got all my points thus far in two trips.  One freshwater and one saltwater.

It's never too late.  As I recall, the year Zee won he was burried in work and family obligations till June.

Even if you don't win, the AOTY will teach you heaps about fishing, fishing from a kayak and about yourself.

There's no way you'll catch 10 big fish of that many species in one day......GOOD NEWS!!!!!! Why you ask?  You still have 222 days left to catch 10 fish.

Definitely doable.
No matter how many times the PB's tell me I'm nuts....I still smile every time I out fish them

Mark's right, the first part of the year was a full schedule. While it might not be one trip that will fill your card, from June-December is enough. And even if you don't hit the top spot, the top 10 spots have prizes and that are all well worth the entry fee. And then there's the smack talk. :)

Never too late... I'm planning on winning this thing in the three fishing trips I finally take later this summer.  Yeah right.

There's two ways to look at AOTY...
1.) a friendly competition for prizes and glory for those who take it seriously
2.) a form of membership dues that supports the site for those of us who don't

Either way, it also gives you the right to participate in the smack talk.
