Wobbler, great setup.

For varied heights, four corner fixed lower legs with inserted telescopic arms to lift. Solid materials and pins will do the trick.
Kayak fishing?  I have no clue, but I'm doing it.

also, is in necessary to have the yak sitting on saddles or would pool noodles / pipe insulating covers  attached to the tubing work just as well?
