Mike, I watched the show and it was awesome. You made it look so easy( i know it's not).  I would totally be interested if you were willing to conduct a clinic.

There's way to much current to be facing down river there.

How long did it take to get him into that fish? Or was it really 6 minutes

You want to be able to see anything floating downstream into you.  Though from the view upstream a log or drifting boat would have to take a course like a pin ball to make it through that gauntlet.
