Trinidad Rockfish Wars October, 13th

Any NWKA folks thinking about heading south for this? I'm thinking about trying to meet up with my dad and fishing it with him. It's a NCKA tournament for those that don't lurk over there too Looks like about 7 hours from PDX.

Intriguing.. How long you staying and what's the entry fee?

I haven't seen a fee posted yet, but it probably won't be much. I may swing down the weekend before for work and to visit family, then stop off there on the way home. My dad is about 3-4 hours from there and I would probably meet him there. I could probably do 2-3,days and do some pre-fishing.

I love Trinidad Bay.  Used to do a lot of spearfishing and crabbing there when I was in school.  Wish I could make it, but it's not going to happen.  Have fun Noah, it should be a blast!

It's on my radar. My son fished it a lot in his Eureka days and may join me. I'd definitely head down a day or two early to pre-fish.
