 Backroads Baddler and my order came in today to the bonded warehouse at the Victoria airport. Customs was no problem--they asked me if this was going to be a regular commercial shipment and what kind of organization was NWKA! After I told him NWKA was a motley collection of salt soaked fishing crazies  and that regular shipments of clothing wouldn't be happening, he stamped my paperwork and I didn't have to pay any duty or tax. Gotta love it.
