If you are willing to make another drive up to Portland,  Aldercreek Kayak at Jantzen Beach store has a pretty good selection of gear.  Their website shows a Kokatat T3 Swirftentry drysuit, XL, on sale for $499.  It's not the Angler but it might give you an idea of fit and comfort.

Personally I would avoid Alder Creek like the plague and visit Next Adventure instead.

They are fine and I'm not even sure what lobster hoops are.. Oregon has no specific restrictive regs pertaining to crabbing gear other than 3 pots/rings per person

As you can see, they aren't exactly crab rings in the traditional sense as they have a "raised lip", but they do have an open top.  Many people down here have been using them for crabs on day soaks.  The perceived advantages are that the "keep" crabs better than traditional rings, and that they allow better "entry" that traditional pots as crabs can enter from any side without having to find a door.  Of course they "leak" more than traditional pots too, but if you're checking them every hour, that shouldn't be an issue.  Some people check them more regularly, like they do with rings, because the crab can get in faster.  I've been meaning to get myself a couple to try out.
