So....I'm not dead. Yay!

After numerous kayak trips in the Cook Inlet (several solo), a solo sheep hunt, bear hunting, and a very wet deer hunt..... I can say I survived my first year in AK.

Unfortunately, I haven't added any fish to my totals in quite some time.  It wasn't for lack of trying though.  After my early summer success, I have suffered a severe drought out of the yak.  Dang.  I guess this means I'll be better prepared for next summer though.  Not sure that I, or the Cook Inlet, are best suited for tournament style fishing though.  I love to fish, but can't stand the frustration of not catching fish for points.

Plan on fishing every weekend in June and late may for big butts though.  Who's with me?
No matter how many times the PB's tell me I'm nuts....I still smile every time I out fish them

I'm gonna revive this one, and continue on with my counting until I get to 1000 on everything.

118 fish
1203.5 " of fish - stopped counting inches
 185.5 lbs of halibut
