Hey Wali,

I'm thinking about fishing somewhere after work on Thursday.  My plan would be to leave work a little early, run back home and grab my kayak, and launch around 4:30 or so somewhere on the east bank of the Willamette (Hawthorne Bridge sounds as good as anyplace).  I believe high tide is at 5 pm.
