My gfriends birthday is the Friday before the ORC.  I TOLD her I'm flying up to Seattle on Thursday and will be missing her birthday.  Somehow it all worked out.   ::)

It didn't cost me a thing.  I told her it was my last hurrah with the NWKA guys for awhile ... awwwww, it brings a tear to my eyes.   :'(
