I thought that I would share how we cook a Turkey at the fire when on shift on T Day. Note the safety equipment in full use.

I particularly like the floor shield of extremely flammable newspaper.  I use a milkcrate for my 20# bottles too!

You have to add some possibility for excitement. Heck were firemen ::) Craig we made it all day with no Turkey fryer fires. Guess the general public needs more oil soaked news paper and plastic milkcrates. :violent4:

I hope that everyone had a healthy and happy holiday. I was fortunate enough to spend this years T-day just outside of Roseburg OR on the Celebration ranch. Friends, family, food, and multiple bassin ponds. good times!

Nice pics in general and looks very fishable Gotta really dig the markings/color in the fish too. Must be a decent sign of where they choose to live.
