I know a lot of you have the outback.  My main question is about paddling it on surf launches... How difficult is it to move by paddle through the surf?

I just wade into the surf to about thigh depth, put the mirage drive in, hop on, and peddle through the surf zone.  Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Here is how you land when you forget your paddle. :icon_thumright:

You nailed that landing clean.Well done-------------that time.
Life is short---live it tall.

Be kinder than necessary--- everyone is fighting some kind of battle.

Sailors may be struck down at any time, in calm or in storm, but the sea does not do it for hate or spite.
She has no wrath to vent. Nor does she have a hand in kindness to extend.
She is merely there, immense, powerful, and indifferent

Yeah, the surf was kinda lame that day.  But, it was the only footage I had of launching with the mirage drive. I actually threw that together while I was typing my post. I believe Rawkfish may have some of Noah and me almost getting pummeled by a wave at the end of May.
