So the lesson here is: if you are jonesing for a new kayak, buy Polepole a beer! :)

I'm so glad you finally left the sink behind... now maybe you will catch some real fish.   ;D
The built in beverage holder sealed the deal. Tired of coming back from an evening of fishing smelling like the floor of a brewery after spilling my favorite beverage in my lap.

If you had a Mod-Pod you would have plenty of holes for a Scotty beverage holder, just sayin'. :-)

Congrats on the new ride. That ff from our generous sponsors is going to kick ass!

Yeah, it's a tradeoff comfort/room/stability/not spilling my beer for performance. I'll still miss the SINK for certain situations, but looking forward to the hands-free comfort of the Adventure.

Nice sales job Bill.  I love the fact that "the cart is leading the horse" from a new ff to a new Hobie.  I'm anxious to see the new set up. I'm sick of having to carry all the beer and ice in my PA.

I think the final sale point was when my worked itself loose. Instead of fussing with it on the water I just pulled it out and paddled the 3 miles home.

Got out on Lake WA yesterday for couple of hours, after truck breakdown and forgetting paddles, getting the wife to drop us off and drive away with my phone.

Ended up towing a buddy behind me in the SINK (Tesla) while I kicked the Addy. Tesla had the FF, Addy still not set up. My original plan was to let him follow me in the Addy while I sourced fish with the Tesla - that didn't work without paddles. Still had 4 takedowns, 2 nice cuttys, and one huge smile out of my friend at the end of it all.

Things fall apart - never give up.

The old saying " A bad day of fishing is better then a good day at work"
