That was seriously hilarious to me. I had an annoying facebook friend that kept whining about her cat coming up missing. I posted the first picture of a dead cat that a google search brought up on to her wall. She deleted me...

As for stuff I have found...haven't found anything yet. I'm mostly losing things.
I lost my phone and dry bag on saturday...
I lost my gaff.
I dropped my knife into the ocean.
I dropped my ugly stick into the lake but I used my cat like reflexes to snatch it before it got too far away.

I found a grey and white cat on the Willamette once.  I made a flyer, but no one contacted me.

That made me laugh...

I got a whole fishing pole, dick nite and reel once ;D (but the reel was wasted).

Are you sure you would want me to borrow it?  I still have the last book you lent me about a year ago.

A wallet full of credit cards and 12 dollars. The guy had lost it from a power boat  earlier that day.
Didn't even say thanks.

Lots of cheapo bobbers...never any good ones! Lots of garbage..worm containers,etc. ...I try to make that stuff my target while trolling and pick it up on the way by.

Back on the 4th,  we found an I-Phone in a floating waterproof case floating out on the water here on Lake Tapps.  We figured the easiest way to determine the owner would be to look though the contacts and see if there was one titled "Home" or "Mom and Dad" .....  so to call and inform them we found the phone.  It was the photo's we quickly came upon that made it easy, since there where several self portraits as well as photo's showing a boat / truck with custom matching paint job dated that morning.  We could see the truck and boat trailer parked near the boat ramp.  At the end of the day we caught the owner, very attractive young lady out with her family and returned the phone.  Her Dad asked us how we knew it was hers and we told him how the photo of his custom truck made it easy.  Daughters face quickly showed that she realized if we saw those photo's,  we most likely saw those which she probably intended for only a boyfriend or such to see........
  ::) yup  ::)
I used to think that Bigfoot might exist. Then I saw the reality shows where they are looking for them.  Now I am certain they don't

My best find was a trout net that I use to this day.  The duct tape holding the handle together just adds character.

Yesterday I found my fourth hat.  It is bright orange with a Whidbey Island logo and the words "Around Whidbey 2011" on the badge and "WINSA" on the side, leather cinch, nice quality hat.  A bit of Googling turns up this:
