BTW, did some so so scouting in my area this past sunday.. then came home and used MS virtual earth to mark the various lake names and locations... also took advantage of the notes feature embedded in the program called "collections".  if you'd like me to share it, let me know via  my off board email addy [ it's in my profile]  and i'll pass it on.

in the "might be bad news' category,  employer sending me to fairbanks again until 30th. yeah it's cutting things close for KAFF. my plan is to load the yak , the tackle and run like hell the morning of the 31st. i know it's a 2 day event, but having to leave like i am thursday morning takes a huge bite outta my already planned weekend fishin time.

'Zog needs to be careful, his rant about not caring but pump the damn oil might get him in trouble with the touchy feely crowd. sure, i kno it was mostly hard bitten sarcasm, but he does have a few points there.

Allen, thanx for the link, i now have a new blog to read.

now if i can decipher his rigging short hand....

hey, i have an idea, why dont we add a library of terminologies to the wiki ??

Herzog be careful? That wouldn't be Herzog. He's pretty well known around these parts, and knows his audience as well as his terminology.
