Dogfish

There are a handful of dogfish that stick around in the winter. You'd actually have more luck targeting blackmouth.

Greenling are a fun one to go for because they can be caught somewhat reliably and taste decent. And you never know what else you might catch bouncing a jig around rocks.

Try the nisqually for late season chum.

Thanks for the info... I can't go there. It is military base or something else DOD related. In order to get there one should get a permission, and I'm an immigrant, so I'd rather not bug military on my recreational needs.
