Kayak launch with free parking?

Just throwing this out there for those have not heard.  As of May 1st, Lake Washington Lake Union and Lake Sammamish are  CLOSED to ALL Fishing due to the migration of salmon http://nwsportsmanmag.com/headlines/more-bass-water-closed-due-to-puget-sound-salmon-impasse/

If there's no relief from the closure, plans to take a day or two after yellow perch for AOTY will be a challenge.   I expected to hit Lake Washington.

Any other yellow perch sites nearby?
