No problem Matt.  I can bring it back up north with me.

Your true reward will come at the Pearly Gates, Ray, but until then: "Thank you ever so much!"

(And I hope you wait a long, long, very long time before collecting your reward)

Thanks Ray!
No problem
Hopefully you'll take as long to pick it up as you did your last tourney winnings that I held for you, that way I'll have a new smoker to use for a while.   ;)

Is it the model with the side chip tray? I know the one you linked has that but I just wanted to verify, the side chip tray is a nice to have because you don't have to open the smoker to reload which is nice for longer hotter cooks. If so then I'll take it and take Ray up on the offer to mule it up for me.
I don't use the tubular chip loader on the side of some Masterbuilt smokers because (a) I prefer to dump out the ashes from the previous batch of chips before I add new chips, which requires opening the door of the smoker about once an hour, and (b) every time I put in new chips I rotate the smoker trays from top to bottom and spin them 180 degrees in order to get more even smoking, which requires opening the door of the smoker.  The temperature in the chamber of my Masterbuilt gets back to the temperature set on its thermostat within a couple of minutes after I do these things, so I don't have any objection to opening the door periodically during the smoking process.

I'm sorry, I really am, but I thought you were in the "maybe" column while MattM was on the "right this minute" list.

If I was wrong, I apologize and I owe you one.
